1. How to Participate in the at PCH.com Slots Daily Tournament
Beginning on July 1st, 2016, you can compete for the top scorer prize in the Daily Tournament on the PCH.com Slots page website between 12:00 AM, ET and 11:59 PM, ET. To participate in this promotion, spin all 7 Daily Tournament slot machines and compete for the top scorer of the day. Please note you must play and complete the required spins on all 7 daily tournament slot machines to be eligible to compete for top scorer of the day. This promotion will end on December 31st, 2016 or earlier at our option.
2. Prize Structure
Top scorer is separately accounted for their score on desktop and score on mobile/tablet device. Each top scorer will win a $100.00 cash prize. Scoring and rank are based on the total score by the end of the day for each channel (desktop or mobile/tablet). In the event of a tie for the top position(s) for one or both channels, PCH will select one winner in a random drawing from among those tied for first place and award that person(s) a prize. To participate in this Tournament you must submit your score by no later than 11:59 PM, ET.
3. Winner Notification
If you are a top scorer for the day, you will be notified by email that you have won the prize. Prizes will be paid in full by check at the time of award, unless otherwise noted.
4. Publicity
By participating in the PCH.com Slots Daily Tournament, you grant us the right to use your name, voice and likeness for advertising and publicity purposes including your screen name, avatar, city, state, games played and any prize won without additional compensation.
5. General Conditions
By entering this Promotion, each entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of the Board of Judges. Publishers Clearing House and their agencies are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions in the Sweepstakes. Publishers Clearing House and their agencies assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries. Publishers Clearing House and their agencies are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer systems, servers or providers, computer equipment or software on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or combination thereof, including injury or damage to participants or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in this Sweepstakes. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Publishers Clearing House and and which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Publishers Clearing House reserves the right to terminate the online portion of the promotion. Entries become the property of Publishers Clearing House and will not be returned.
Publishers Clearing House reserves the right through decision by the Board of Judges to disqualify any entry determined to be the result of tampering with the Publishers Clearing House online system in violation of the letter and spirit of the official rules. Any use of programmed, automatic or scripted entry methods will void all associated entries and individuals using such methods may be disqualified for future entry opportunity.
6. Disputes
By participating in this Promotion, each user accepts and agrees to be bound by the PCH.com Slots Daily Tournament rules, and the decisions of the PCH.com Officials, and accepts the final scoring results as determined by PCH.com scoring technology. All decisions reached by Publishers Clearing House Officials will be final.
7. Fraudulent Activity Policy
Promotion Officials will make sure that all players are eligible for a prize. Principals and employees of Publishers Clearing House LLC, PCH.com, their affiliates and subsidiaries, their contest processors, their immediate families and the PCH.com Officials are not eligible to win.
Furthermore, Promotion Officials will also verify that none of the players act fraudulently when playing in the Promotion, including (but not limited to) the opening and/or use of multiple accounts or windows.
The Site strictly prohibits user fraud and abuse relating to access to and use of the Site or any Promotion made available on the Site.
