Week Five - You will master the art of taking action. This will be done every day, in the direction of your goals.
Week Six - You will learn how to delay gratification, and why is that a crucial factor of tsuccess in every area of your life.
Week Seven - You will discover how to embrace yourself. The most important thing to remember is that "you are enough". When you accept that, everyone around you will too.
Week Eight - You will learn how to boost your self-esteem by praising yourself and letting others do the same. Also, you will learn how to deal with rejection and criticism.
