Job Purpose:
The Analyst will work with a high performance Client
Solutions team to support all related needs of custom project initiatives
including design, execution, analysis, and reporting through the use of both
basic and more advanced primary research methodologies

Job Responsibilities:
Support Client Services team on high engagement quantitative
and qualitative research projects including but not limited to content-based
audience segmentations, landscape studies and content optimization.

- Contribute to several aspects of the research engagement
including survey development, proofing online survey links, analyzing data, and
communicate findings through compelling visualizations in PowerPoint - Take responsibility for managing internal operation team
relationships and outside vendors around survey programming, field management
and data processing under the direction of their manager - Effectively communicate complex concepts in a simple manner
– oral and written - Analyze and manipulate data using web tools, Excel, and SPSS
- Compile landscape trends for knowledge sharing for internal
teams on a regular basis - Travel to focus groups, as necessary

- 1-3 years experience with data analysis and project
management, with some internal or external client exposure, ideally in a market
research or entertainment environment (knowledge of Nielsen ratings is a plus) - BA or BS degree
- Experience analyzing large amounts of information and data;
enjoys data oriented research - Excellent oral communication and writing skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, highly motivated, strong
orientation toward client relationships - High attention to detail and highly organized
- Ability to apply knowledge and present data creatively
- Highly skilled with PowerPoint, Excel, and Word (exposure to
SPSS is a plus) - Experience in analysis of quantitative market research
information is a plus - Available during standard business week, but flexible to
work modified hours as necessary
